About This Project
At the redesigned Largo Town Center on the Capital Beltway is a new medical property for University of Maryland Medical network. University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center is a large-scale medical facility with over 500,000 square feet of medical offices. This project represents one of the premier medical developments in Prince George’s County because of its location and size, which allow it to service thousands of patients.
MCC successfully installed more than four miles of sanitary sewer, storm drain and waterline, delivering their scope ahead of their tight contract schedule, gaining the client positive float in their overall schedule.
