About This Project
MCC has completed over $40 million of residential development and $20 million of mass grade/mining operations for Lennar, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. These projects are unique because Lennar Corp, owns, designs and develops its own property. This has provided Lennar, MCC and engineering teams the opportunity to collaborate using our experience and expertise to develop a land plan that allows for mining and manipulation of materials based on geotechnical data and planning to best utilize existing conditions. MCC has delivered more than 1,000 lots and excavated over 3.5 million cubic yards of material.
