About This Project
MCC teamed up with Ryan Companies, one of the largest general contractors in the Midwest, to complete the construction of its newest and largest regional distribution center on the East Coast. The 45-acre project consisted of over 600,000 square feet of warehouse pads, 1,000,000 square feet of concrete paving, two miles of sanitary sewer, storm drain and waterline, all scheduled for a quick six-month mobilization to substantial completion. MCC delivered as requested and looks forward to working with Ryan Companies again in the near future as we continue to expand our regional presence.
